Leanne Kovacic

Leanne Kovacic is a founding member of Workplace Strategy Group and has over 25 years of corporate real estate experience working with multinationals in Strategic Portfolio Management, Change Management, Program & Project Management and Facilities Management. Leanne is originally from Australia where she held positions with AMP Financial Institution and the Westfield Group. Leanne also lived in Singapore for 5 years where she was the AMEA REFM Director for CSC before moving to Geneva, Switzerland, in 2013. During Leanne’s 3 years in Geneva, she worked as the DACH Project Lead & Integration Lead for a multinational consumer goods client. Most recently, Leanne has lived and worked in Zurich as a Global Program/Project Director working with multinational banking and consumer goods clients. Leanne studied Design Science at the University of Sydney and is passionate about employee engagement & experience and creating workplaces that enable organisations to achieve their strategies and objectives.

Ross Naismith

Ross Naismith is a founding member of Workplace Strategy Group, focusing on Design. He has worked as an architect and designer in the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East for more than 45 years and brings considerable skills in Project and Design Direction, Account Management and Business Development. His career spans long-term appointments with world-renowned architecture and design consultancies, covering master planning, base architecture, expert witnessing, legal and financial services and non-professional interior architecture. He is passionate about communicating ideas, understanding the business requirements of clients, and maintaining client relationships. He also has a strong interest in the direction of design teams to produce great results – vision combined with pragmatism. Ross has extensive experience working with world-leading corporations, including Shell, Lloyds of London, CitiGroup, P&G, DeutcheBank, Fidelity, RBS, Disney, Credit Suisse, Hines and Google.

Kirsty Minford

Kirsty Minford is a qualified psychotherapist and mental health practitioner. She spent 15 years in Human Resources, supporting managers and employees through mergers, relocations, restructurings, and cultural change. She then trained as a psychotherapist and now works with HR teams and business leaders to promote wellbeing in the workplace and advise on the psychological processes and pressures that organisations and employees face during periods of change. She is known for her behavioural insights, personal engagement and sense of fun. Kirsty has worked with Diageo, ABB, Mastercard, Pernod Ricard, Telefonica, Taylor Wimpey, and has also provided coaching to many groups and individuals to realise their potential.

Christie’s approach is research-driven, highly customised and integrates her commitment to thought leadership. She has published 4 books which have been used in cultural transformation projects by global corporations including Philips, Coca-Cola, TE Connectivity, Ford and GAP. Christie works with clients in a highly collaborative manner, building creative solutions based on a deep understanding of each organisation. She has worked with many of the Fortune 500 companies across 30 countries and brings broad international experience and best practice to every engagement.

Karen Haller

Karen Haller is a leading global expert in the field of Behavioural Design & Colour Psychology, specialising in business brand colour, interiors, healthcare and wellbeing to influence positive behaviour. She consults, collaborates, creates and trains companies looking for innovative solutions to investigate social problems and seek new ways of improving the human experience in balance with nature. Karen is the bestselling author of The Little Book of Colour and a contributing author for Colour Design Theories and Applications. Damian Mears

Damian Mears specialises in driving transformative workplace solutions, with a particular passion for people-centric workplace strategies. His expertise spans the whole workplace change process, from feasibility studies, relocation strategies, leadership envisioning, space use analysis, employee satisfaction, strategic briefing, change management delivery, global workplace strategy toolkits, facilities management playbooks, coworking operations and wellbeing strategies. He utilises deep-dive research and user experience design methodologies to provide strategies that elevate the productivity of both individuals and organisations. Damian has worked with a diverse range of clients such as Amason, HSBC, JLL, Microsoft, Credit Suisse, Lloyds Banking Group, Network Rail, Honeywell and P&G. He has previously worked in Asia Pacific for 9 years and has delivered projects across Europe too, so is well-travelled and is acutely sensitive to varying workplace cultures.
